If you have been activated to an ACCORD sub study, you can login using the same user name and password as the main ACCORD website (remember to select an appropriate sub study from the dropdown menu).

If you have NOT been activated to an ACCORD sub study, please email John Hepler at jhepler@wfubmc.edu to receive a sub study account. We will need to know your name, address, phone number, email address, and number of your associated ACCORD clinic (s). You can also reach John Hepler by phone at (336) 716-0618.
